Effective June 7, 2021, Ardmore Power Logistics is BHE GT&S's third party logistics provider. Suppliers must coordinate shipments through the shipping and scheduling portal below:

* Requirements for pipe orders, pipe fittings, and valves: Supplier to deliver one (1) copy of mill test reports (MTR) with material and one (1) copy via email to MTRRecords@bhegts.com. If shipping to a Carolina Gas Transmission (CGT) site, supplier to deliver one (1) copy of MTRs with material and one (1) copy via email to decgmtr@bhegts.com.
Payment Options
BHE GT&S offers many different methods of payment to our suppliers. Our two preferred payment methods are listed below.
MasterCard Virtual Card Payment
The VCP is a payment method whereby BHE GT&S will send a one-time credit card authorization to suppliers via email. They will use this credit card authorization to pay invoices specified on the authorization.
Benefits of VCP:
- Earlier payment terms available
- Elimination of paper waste
- Not dependent upon mail delivery
- Avoids potential issues due to lost checks
Automated Clearing House Payments (ACH)
ACH payments are sent from BHE GT&S bank accounts to supplier bank accounts via electronic file transfer. Remittance advice is also sent from BHE GT&S to email address provided by supplier.
Benefits of ACH:
- Payments received on due date
- Elimination of paper waste
- Not dependent upon mail delivery
- Avoids potential issues due to lost checks
